Huron County Jail offers video visitation to its inmates instead of in-person visitation. 

Registered visitors MUST be 18 years of age or older. Any visitor between the ages of 10 and 18 MUST be registered under and is required to visit with a parent or guardian.

Inmates who are not classified in any type of restricted status are able to participate in video visitation with a friend or family member who is listed on the inmate’s previously established visitation list. Unrestricted inmates will be allotted one on-site twenty (20) minute video visit once a week, or up to 10 off-site twenty (20) minute video visits as scheduled. 

Each inmate may visit with a total of four (4) registered visitors at a time, including children under the age of 18.

Visitors may schedule up to two (2) weeks in advance but not less than 24 hours prior.  Scheduling can be done at home at the website www.icsolutions.com or in the public lobby during business hours (8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) on the registration computer (kiosk).

Visitors have the option of one (1) free on-site visit per visit per week or up to ten (10) off-site visits with a fee.  Off-site visits can take place from any computer or mobile device that has a camera.

Inmates in restricted status may be permitted one (1) visit per week with immediate family ONLY.

Begin 3:00 pm  –  End 4:00 pm
*Excluding Holidays

Off-Site Visits:   
Sunday – Saturday          
Begin 8:00 am  –  End 2:00 pm
Begin 3:00 pm  –  End 6:30 pm

Video visits MAY be recorded.

The Huron County Jail has the right to cancel or terminate a visit who does not meet criteria for visitation or if the visit violates rules.
